Let’s Make Our Way To Destin!
So we frequent this stop a lot. I think my first trip here was my honeymoon in 2014. I had so much fun that we came back regularly after that. It is great for just a couples trips and family trips also. Destin is so pretty and relaxing. Yet, it has so much activities to offer that keep you busy. We don’t need to mention the fact you have ample beach to choose from but also you can set up a few other activities that is sure to make this trip a memorable one for everyone.
Activities in Destin, FL
We will start with Destin’s HarborWalk Village. They have a ton of different dining options right there in the area.

The Village Of Baytowne Wharf
Baytowne Wharf is located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay. It features different boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. It is located right outside the Sandestin Beach Resort. Let’s start with food, of course right?

Grand Boulevard at Sandestin
So this area, which is not to far from the Baytowne Wharf, is where you would go and do your big shopping. You want me to name a few stores? I got you!

They also have a movie theater and fitness center in the area. Also, several different hotels in the area if you don’t want to stay at one of the resorts. Sandestin is really out here giving us plenty of options!
Silver Sand Outlets
Now this is my go to anytime we are in Destin because a outlet sale is the best thing ever. For those of us with big families especially. The brands we love for the low is always worth checking out when we are in the area. They have 95 different outlet stores on the list. That’s a crazy amount of options to choose from. I’m talking Vans, Tory Burch, Coach, Michael Kors, Nike, The North Face, and Tommy Hilfiger. We haven’t even touched the surface. Their are also 10 different dining options in the area. Some of the stores let you shop online and pick up in-store. So you don’t have to stop the other festivities to shop.
Destin Commons
This area, again for shopping, is like your outside mall. They offer a wide range of different stores like

just to name a few but their are tons! They also have a selfie museum for you to stop and pose for the gram! They have a movie theater, a place to fix a phone, and places to eat of course! Cue the list!

Big Kahuna’s Waterpark
After you have spent all your money shopping, let’s take the kids to have some fun! This waterpark in Destin is a big hit for kids. I mean who doesn’t enjoy lazy rivers and waterslides. They have slides, water rides, wave pool, and lazy rivers. They even have a place you can surf! Parent’s don’t worry, they have cabana’s you can rent for full or half days. Their is even a place for the little people to get in on the action. This is sure to be a hit!
